Advance: 50% of total amount due to be paid at time of signing contract. (Final confirmation on booth location would be confirmed on the basis of advance.) Balance: 100% of total amount due will be due before commencement of AMTech 2024. Possession Letters will be provided against 100% payment for booth and extras. If not, the Exhibitor / Sponsor will not be able to set up their booth space. In addition, any sponsorship deliverables will not be displayed or distributed. Cancellation Policy: In the event the Exhibitor / Sponsor cancels on or before 15 September 2024, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applicable. Any cancellations after 15 September 2024 will be liable for full payment.
The submitter hereby expressly represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of the Exhibitor / Sponsor named above. The Exhibitor / Sponsor hereby submits this contract for exhibit/sponsorship space at AMTech 2024 to CNT Expositions and Services LLP (the “Producer”) and hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein and to the rules and regulations set forth in the Exhibitor / Sponsor Service Manual, as the same may exist today or as they may hereafter be updated or amended, and to such other rules and regulations as may from time to time be established by the Producer, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. The Exhibitor / Sponsor further agrees that, upon acceptance of this Application by the Producer, this Application shall become a legally binding contract, enforceable against the Exhibitor / Sponsor in accordance with its terms.
